Additional Expenses
Domain registration (www.companyname.com) is included for all services except Budget-site for the first year. The following and subsequent years you will be responsible for this fee ($9-$15/year)
Keep in mind that hosting and maintenance are not included in the development cost. All web sites must reside on a server (host) to be functional. This server must be connected to the Internet and accept incoming connections (port 80). Most hosting outfits charge anywhere from $5-$30/month for this service depending on file size, bandwidth, types of data, ect.
Updating, changes in prices, links, contact info, or other content and additions are known as maintenence. Most sites should be checked for relevance frequently, and a monthly fee for maintenance can be negotiated dependent upon size, content, and frequency.
